Shipping / Delivery

As we are dealing in mainly Antivirus Softwares / Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Offices. This all software can redeem online. We deliver all this softwares online via Email & Whatsapp (Automatically delivery within 1-10 seconds). If someone don't recieve Software license within 10 seconds, then he can call us. We will provide license key on Email & Whatsapp.

Return / Refund Policy

If our software license once delivered to customer Email / Whatsapp, we can not take return or refund amount to our customers. Because of our software can redeem online and once a license redeemed, it will not work on another PC.

In case of customer not recieved any license key after successful payment, we will refund paid amount to the customer within 24-48 hours. 

Refund will be provided if the software licese we provided to the customer is wrong.

Shipping charge

We don't take any Delivery charges (Email Delivery & Whatsapp Delivery) of any software License from our customer.

Cancellation Return & Refund policy for Hardware

Cancellation - Our Customers can cancel order before the Shipping of the material. Once the order is shipped he is not allowed to cancel the order. Once the order is cancelled 100 percent amount will be transferred to the bank account within 48 hours and the same will be reflected in his bank account in 24-48 hours.

Refund - In case of cancellation of order we will refund full amount within 48 hours and same will be reflected in customer account within 24-48 hours. In case of replacement of product we will initiate refund only if we are unable to replace/repair the product within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. If the product is rejected by the respective company then the same product(un-repaired) will be dispatched to customer.
